The cost of your photo session can be customized to fit your budget to ensure you get a beautiful set of memories. 

• DEPOSIT -- $100 deposit to be paid to hold schedule date and time.
• DATE CHANGE -- Clients moving a scheduled session requires a $50 fee per move. New date must be within 30 days of original date. If Sunday moves a date due to weather, location constraints, no fee applies.
• SHOOT/GALLERY -- $200/hour to include shoot/gallery/basic bulk editing/talent.  Shoot time and cost will be determined immediately after shoot @$200/hour rate. Payment is due at session completion, minus deposit.
• FINALS -- $20/edited photo download. Choose 1 photo or 100...it's up to you! Payment for finals is due before final editing begins, within 7 days of noting finals completed.
• LOCATION/TRAVEL FEE -- $50 if applicable. This fee will be discussed in advance so there are no surprise costs.
• PAYMENT OPTIONS -- Zelle (preferred) @940-368-0860 or sunday.grennan@gmail.com. Venmo @sundaygrennan. Both options will be listed on invoice.

Scheduling can be done via HERE or by contacting Sunday for availability. If a date needed is not posted online, please message and Sunday is happy to try to accommodate. I usually shoot seniors/families Sunday & Wednesday evenings, but am available additional days, just reach out.

Location and details of the shoot will be discussed with client 3+ weeks before shoot date. Adjustments can be made as we work through our plan.

 The location usually dictates [to some extent] clothing options. Urban, country, what color setting we're working with, are all factors. Sometimes it's fun to contrast the setting and sometimes work with them, that's part of the creativity! I will work with you to find the best choices to portray the look you want.

SENIORS  

• Some parents like a casual outfit and something little dressier, along with a letterman jacket or college shirt. 
• Boys tend to wear jeans, tennies or cowboy boots, t-shirt or collared polo, flannels. Dressier look can include suit pants and jacket or button down shirt or both.  Jeans, tennies with sport coat and t-shirt underneath is really nice for dressier, sporty look.
• Girls can go with a more casual look to include jeans, cute top, tennies or dressier -- pants suits, dresses, cowboy boots, heels, goofy dresses, TONS of choices. The girls love the outfit choosing part! Lots of fun boutiques around town that have colorful, different things that work great.

FAMILIES 

• Best way to make a family shoot work is for each member's outfit to tie into each other,  keeping colors constant throughout members without all being exactly the same. 
• Bring a color through each outfit so it all looks planned and coordinated. Tie in flannels, sweaters, dresses, boots -- different textures to round out the design.
• I always suggest both Old Navy and American Eagle for family clothing choices. Both stores tend to have tons of options for all members of a family. Each line coordinates across both sexes and styles. They usually have more formal options and casual, and it all works together for consistency. Old Navy has younger options as well.
• American Eagle is a little more urban for teens/adults. It is more causal than Old Navy, but offers great choices that coordinate across sizes and sexes and another fair price point.

SUGGESTIONS 

• Color always over white. I ask clients to stay away from all white. White t-shirt underneath a flannel or jacket works fine, but color always works better.
• I also ask to stay away from all red. Red within the color scheme is fine, but all red I find is just too overwhelming.
• Little things count -- painted nails, no Apple Watches, no string or rubber bracelets, phones out of pockets. Adding jewelry, hair clips, clean leather tennis shoes, no big clothing wrinkles -- all make a big difference in the final images.

A link will either emailed, texted or both to a private GALLERY of images within 10 days of shoot [usually sooner.] 

• That gallery will be available to access for 90 days.
• [ROUND 1] images will be bulk edited and watermarked.
• Images are copyright @SundayGrennan2025 until finals are purchased and delivered.
• No posting of watermarked, unedited photos without permission. Doing so will result in $50 fine.

After you receive a link to your gallery, you will pull up your images:

• Log into the site using your email address. 
• Under the header photo in your gallery, there will be tabs of images. You may or may not have multiple tabs at first, but that is where your sets will be posted.
• "Heart" the images you like as you go through. You are able to see only your hearted images as you begin to narrow down your choices. Your favorites list is attached to your email, so only you and I can see it.
• Go through that list as many times as you like [hearting and unhearting,] until you are ready to purchase the images on your list. 
• You can send the gallery link to as many people as you would like to create their own favorites list using their email address.
• Contact me to let me know your list is ready to invoice and prepare finals.

FINALS [ROUND 2] will be delivered via your online gallery within 14 days of choosing and letting Sunday know your list is READY. They will be posted in a folder/tab called FINALS. A download pin along with a link to download will be sent via email when set is complete. Images can be downloaded as a set or individually. Purchased FINALS can be printed or posted at your discretion, as you become the owner.

Your gallery of images will be available for 120 days, until it is taken down from my site to make room for additional galleries. An email will be sent at the 120 day mark reminding you of the change. Additional photos can be added for purchase, if needed.

If a gallery needs to be reposted after the 120 days, I charge $50 re-posting fee. That re-posting will be available another 120 days.

I do post images on SOCIAL MEDIA, both FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM @sundaygrennancreative. I tag as many people as I can in the photos. Facebook is not as easy to use as Instagram, so I do my best in tagging. You must follow both accounts in order to be tagged. "SHARE"-ing my posts  helps promote your beautiful images and my business, so please share away! Please tag me @sundaygrennancreative wherever you can.

Senior and family magazines have calls for images about 6-8 times a year. Submissions are expensive, but fun if chosen for placement. Sometimes I will submit images to support my business, but it is not a guarantee for every session or every magazine call.  I will ask parent permission before sending anything in and will keep you updated if your child's images are chosen. Additional cost to purchase said magazine if included, link will be sent when available.
